When should I send out my invitations?
I would generally recommend sending your invitations out around 3-6 months prior to your wedding date and approx 9-12 months for save the dates.
We recommend ordering around 5-10 spare invitations. This will help for a multitude of reasons!
What would an average order consist of?
Although we do offer stationery packages, we also understand that 'one size does not fit all'.
Thats why all my packages are flexible. So if you need to tweak quantities or wanted to opt out of an RSVP card etc, We can do that.
An example of an average stationery order would consist of:
Save the Date + Envelope
Invitation card + Envelope
RSVP card + Envelope
Based on a guest list of 100, we would suggest order: x55 save the dates and x55 invitation suites (including couples).
So an average investment would be approx £395.00 (Excluding P&P)
This example is based on a standard card-stock and exludes any specialist finishes and extras.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do, we are based in the UK but ship worldwide! Please be aware that customs or tax charges may apply after your order has been shipped. We advise that you double check if any customs charges apply to your location so know what to expect. The charge of postage will be unique to your destination, so this will be calculated once ready to ship. However, any additional charges once your order has been sent is out of our control, so please make sure you are happy with any potential additional charges from your country. Please note, we accept no responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post due to circumstances out of our control.
How long will my order take?
All orders of our semi-custom ranges will be dispatched within 2-4 weeks from your order date, based on your digital mock-up being approved on time (within 5 days of receiving it). A delay in approval may delay the turnaround time so please bare this in mind. Shipping times can then take from around 2 - 14 days depending on where we are shipping to, we are based in the UK so overseas orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Do you have a minimum order?
For digital prints, No. But we do have minimum order of 45 invitations for bespoke designs or stationery that is wither foiled or letter-pressed.
Once I have received my digital mock-up, can I then make any changes to the design?
Yes, But please be aware any changes that are made will affect the turn around time so please be sure to have all of your information, ready and to hand so reduce any down time.
We would love to order all of our wedding stationery with you, can you do on the day stationery too?
Yes we can! If you love one of our collections and would like to use it throughout your wedding, from save the dates & invitations to all of your 'on the day' stationery, please let me know and we can start plotting out what designs/products you would like.

A note on returns - As all orders are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If for whatever reason you are un-happy with your order, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help!
