Where do we begin?
You have just booked your dream venue, congratulations! Now it's time to tell your friends and family the
'where' & the 'when'.
To make your Wedding Stationery journey as simple as possible, I have laid out the three key pieces of stationery you should consider:

Save the Dates
Your save the dates are the first step to let your guests know the all important date and location of your wedding!
We recommend sending these out approx 9-12 months before your day.

Invitation Suite
Formal invitations are the next step!
Formal invitations will confirm the date & timings of your ceremony & Venue & can include details such as local accommodation, a location map & details/programme of events for weekend wedding if needed.
We suggest posting invitations around 3-4months before your day.

On the day Stationery
Your guest now know when, where and what to expect on the day.
Welcome sign, table plan, menus, name place cards, favour cards etc!
We recommend contacting us at least 4-6 weeks before your day to order your on the day items.

As your Wedding Stationer I help you to curate your dream Stationery.
Whether you chose to shop one of my premade designs, or decide to go bespoke. I will be with you each step of the way to answer any questions - No matter how silly they might seem!
I can offer advice on numbers, design, printing finishes, wording or even other wedding vendors!
What's the difference between
Semi-custom & Bespoke?
There is only one main difference.
Semi-custom simply means you are using one of my existing designs for your stationery and there is no additional fee for using them. You are able to change the text \colour of the design for no extra charge and just pay for the printing.
Bespoke is a totally originally and unique design created for you. There is a design fee that starts from £185 (depending on complexity) and is a one off payment; Meaning you will be able to use your custom design across all of your stationery!
What is in an "Invitation Suite"?
A standard invitation suite consists of:
x1 Invitation card + Envelope
x1 Detail card
x1 RSVP card + envelope
Although this is the standard package, we understand that not every 'size fits all' so if there is anything you would like to add/exclude from your suite, just let me know!
Printing Methods
Digital
Printing
Digitally printed invitations are printed directly from a digital file on a computer. Digital printers transfer four colours of ink (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) to paper simultaneously, producing a full-colour print after only one pass through the printer. Digital is a popular choice as it has the quickest turn-around and is the most cost effective.
Price range: £-££
Letterpress
Printing
Letterpress is when card is pressed with an inked metal plate, which transfers ink and leaves a deep, tactile impression in the paper that you (and your wedding guests!) can see and feel.
Letterpress is a luxury printing finish and costs significantly more than digital printing.
Price range: £££
Hot Foil
Printing
Foil stamping in the simplest form involves three things: foil material, heated plates, and pressure. The end result is a luxurious, slight indentation effect that adds a shine to the paper stock.
Note: we have foil in colours you can only dream of! Rose gold, gold, pink, blue, green, silver, white… you name it and we probably can do it!
Foil is a luxury printing finish and costs significantly more than digital printing

DELIVERY
Time to raise a glass and cheers to delivery day!
All stationery orders are packaged securely and send via a 24 hour courier service with full tracking details, which are sent to you via email once dispatched.
Please note industry standard is to mail an invitation suite out 6 - 8 weeks before the wedding day.

FINAL APPROVAL
After you've given your final approval and payment has been received, your invitation suite will be printed! We are proud to print almost every piece of stationery in-house, but we also work with extremely detail oriented specialist printers, who I have personally built strong relationships over the years, so you know your stationery will always be in good hands.
Please note that expected delivery dates are subject to how quickly we move through the design process. Regardless of the design and printing method selected, it takes a minimum of 1 week to print and produce an invitation suite.

REQUEST A QUOTE
We understand every couple's invitation needs are different, which is why we offer individual quotes instead of set prices for set quantities. After your quote request is received, we will create your quote based off of the preferences submitted. You will receive an email shortly after where you can review your quote details.

DESIGN & REFINE
Once we have all of the info and details for your wedding we begin designing. All proofs for your suite will be available to you via email. There will be lots of envelope colours, ribbons and wax seals stamps etc. for you to choose from.
During this time please ensure you proofread your suite, confirm colour selections, and final details. Please allow as much time as possible for this stage to ensure you are completely happy.

INITAL PROPOSAL
Every proposal is custom created for each couple. Once your proposal is ready to review, you will receive this via email. Once you are happy with the general direction, we will then can start refining the details.
On average our turn around time is between 2-3 weeks but this maybe vary based on quantise and complexity.
